Houses in Chermside are Brisbane’s fastest selling properties, lasting just 24 days on the market on average.
Chermside West, Ferny Hills and Banyo also made Domain’s top #5 list for quick house sales. Inala was the only southern suburb in the top #5.
The data shows that buyers are seeing real value in the relative affordability of these north side Brisbane suburbs.
“There has been big changes in Brisbane’s market that has moved down to the low priced areas,” said Domain Group chief economist Andrew Wilson.
“These value suburbs at the bottom end are keeping the market afloat.”
Well, we can’t say we’re surprised. We’ve known for a while our piece of Brissie represents great value.
