The median unit rent in Boondall is $400 per week, which is great value considering the convenient location in the popular middle ring, with good links to transport and proximity to bayside recreational areas and more.
The challenge may be finding a unit with most stock available for rent made up of freestanding houses, which also offer good value in the $550 to $650 per week range.
Value hunters – both renters and buyers – have long been attracted to Boondall and the surrounding suburbs given the affordable entry price points, convenience and amenity.
