More established buyers can easily find solid, two-storey brick homes, often with a pool and big yard for the kids and dog.
Townhouses and units are also seeing continued popularity as value hunters trade off size for location. Chermside offers a thriving metropolis of apartment complexes around the Westfield shopping centre precinct. While suburbs like Stafford and Everton Park have a mix of old and new unit stock within a stone’s throw of thriving village hubs.
