In reality the spring season only sees on average 1-2% more sales than any other season. But the real question is, what can we expect this spring with COVID in play?
Well, the gurus are all saying we will continue to see heaps of buyer activity, this is motivated by factors including the decision this week from the RBA to keep the interest rate held at the current record breaking low level, also there’s lifestyle factors at play with buyers now considering a wider range of locations, now that less people are commuting to and from work.
Predictions also include that there will be more people coming to market, due to that spring magic, of course, hoever, there will still be relatively low stock levels. And finally, drum rollll….. prices will remain stable at heir current levels, woohoo!
