Open homes are seeing line ups out the door and down the driveway with our local open homes seeing up to 70 groups coming along to check out some homes.
The trend follows another month of median house price rises.
Fueling the fire is:

- Surging confidence.
- Lack of stock.
- Re-entering of investors.
Domain data found the number of people attending open houses in Brisbane increased by 69.4% over the month of January. This is almost double the same time last year.
