We’re looking for an experienced (a little green is OK too) Real Estate Sales Agent who wants to love where they work! You’ll be listing, selling, working buyers, doing opens and closing deals. The whole shebang. Let us help you find your niche, get you firing and get some serious runs on the board (our top performing agent sold 85 properties in the last 12 months). Woo hoo!
What we’re looking for
- You’re extremely switched on and work well under pressure.
- You have real estate experience (maybe you’ve been an agent, or are an agent now. Maybe you just aren’t firing where you are or enjoying the culture).
- Have your Real Estate Certificate and your own wheels (and can legally be on the road).
- Dress like you mean business – but you’re not afraid to ditch the tie.
- Love the phone – you get panicky if you’re not on the phone, near a phone or within sight of a phone.
- Tenacious with a thick skin – a bit of rejection here and there doesn’t bother you.
- Someone who’s happy with a 5 day per week Tuesday to Saturday gig, enjoys a comfy base ($50,000) and uncapped commissions. Shine and expect to see $120k+ on your next tax return.
