Unit hunters seeking good value – without moving to Brissie’s outer reaches – will find a range of price points in suburbs like Chermside and Stafford. Older style unit blocks across the northside middle ring can offer great value buying – just add a fresh coat of paint, some new tapware or flooring to personalise and modernise to your taste.
