A recent report in realestate.com.au has named Brisbane’s best family friendly burbs, based on these factors plus a purchase price lower than the Brisbane local government area median house price of $1.05 million.

Stepping outside the Brissie local government area to Moreton Bay in the north, and Albany Creek was named as the top family spot.
Northside middle ring burbs are perennially popular with families, with suburbs spanning from Everton Hills and Keperra, through to Aspley and Zillmere offering a mix of good value housing types and price points to suit different budgets.
Bike tracks and nature reserves, shopping precincts and cinemas, and good public and private schooling options round out the family check list.
