Continued demand and relative affordability are keeping afloat interest from home buyers and investors alike.
“After a big year in 2023, there’s little sign of the Brisbane property market slowing,” reports savings.com.au.
But some suburbs are likely to surf bigger property price waves than others.
Prestige suburbs as well as value suburbs in Brisbane’s north, extending into Moreton Bay, remain on the hot spot watch list.
Carseldine is one such suburb that offers affordable buying and growth potential.
“Positioned in Brisbane’s Northern belt, Carseldine stands out as an investment hotspot for units,” reports Property Investor magazine.
Extending further north, a cluster of bayside suburbs also make the watch list, including Clontarf and Deception Bay.
Heading back toward the CBD, Hamilton and New Farm are amongst the north side blue chips tipped for a big year ahead.
