It has just 14 crimes per 1000 properties according to data published in the Property Tribune recently.
The data analysis was done by Budget Direct and the data, while a couple of years old now, is based on break-in and theft stats from the Queensland Police.
Also rating a mention as a safe haven is the perennially popular family friendly burb of Albany Creek, within the postcode of 4035 which has 26 crimes per 1000 properties.
Also Eatons Hill (postcode 4037) has just 23 crimes per 1000 properties.
