Property research company Suburbtrends has used its own methodology to come up with a rich list of the highest priced streets in Australia.
Not surprisingly the national list encompasses popular enclaves in Byron Bay, Noosa and those exclusive streets offering prime Sydney Harbour views.
It’s also published a top #100 streets for Brissie. Would it surprise you to learn the list is dominated by Hamilton, Ascot, Teneriffe and New Farm? We didn’t think so.
We know most buyers in Brissie’s north are not looking to fork out millions for their next home. So we’ve done our own version of the ‘best streets’ in our neighbourhood. Check it out:
- Best street for Christmas lights: Minimine Street, Stafford Heights gets lit at Christmas!
- Best street for sneaky city views: Redwood Street, Stafford Heights and the neighbouring streets along the ridgeline will give you a prime view of the city skyline. You can live luxe without the Teneriffe price tag.
- Best street for a park-front vistas: This is controversial because there are so many parkland pockets throughout our neighbourhood! Redbourne Steet, Dundalli Street and neighbouring streets front the very family friendly Huxtable Park with bike tracks, playgrounds and a turtle-filled creek.
- Best street for yum cha: Any of the family friendly pockets within walking distance to the Hypermarket will get you within a stone’s throw of the sentimental yum cha favourite, Aspley Oriental.
