Not all suburbs are equal when it comes to affordability. Not surprisingly, Brisbane’s outer burbs are offering the most value.
But you can also hit the affordable rental bullseye if you head to the inner city.
These areas have the highest proportion of rentals for under $400 in the greater Brisbane area: Ipswich (18.7%), Logan-Beaudesert (14.8%), Moreton Bay – North (13%) and the Brisbane Inner City (8.5%).
