#33 Brisbane suburbs on the rise

The wait is over. Hotspotting guru Terry Ryder has released his latest Price Predictor Index which has put #33 Brisbane suburbs firmly on the “must watch” map.

The Price Predictor Index tracks rising sales to identify areas which offer near term growth potential.

The greater Brisbane area is showing signs of an uplift, Ryder told news.com.au with #33 Brisbane suburbs on the list. This is up from #29 when we last reported it.

The north side is showing the strongest signs of a growth spurt with the Moreton Bay area boasting the highest number of suburbs on the list in greater Brisbane. Clontarf and Woody Point have seen recent sales activity, buoyed by proximity to the Redcliffe rail line and Petrie university campus, which is nearing completion.

Closer to the middle ring, the family favourites of Alderley, Bald Hills, Brighton, Geebung, Gordon Park, Newmarket and Stafford Heights have been seeing rising sales activity.

The south side picks include Mt Gravatt East, Corinda, Forest Lake, Mansfield, Oxley, Parkinson and Sunnybank Hills.
