#10 Suburbs where demand is triple the Brissie average

There are few surprises on the realestate.com.au list which includes perennially popular blue chip burbs as well as trending hot spots.

And, we’re pleased to say, most of these bright burbs are on the north side.

Toowong topped the list with 3815 views per listing, compared to the Brisbane average of 1006.

The inner north faves of Windsor and Wilston took out 2^nd and 6^th place respectively.

Edging towards the middle ring, Newmarket snuck in at 10^th place.

REA chief economist Nerida Conisbee said tracking increasing demand was one way to pick price growth.

“Demand is a good one to look at because high demand suburbs generally outperform the rest of the market,” she said.

“It shows where the market is right now, what buyers want and where they want to live.”
