New data from CoreLogic shows there are plenty of suburbs across Australia – outside of Sydney and Melbourne – that are going ahead in leaps and bounds, for both home owners and investors.

In Queensland, the top 10 suburbs are a mixed bag of areas in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Townsville. Only one suburb – Hamilton – is in Brisbane city, reflecting a strong demand for the state’s regions.
