You make the calls that get us in the door. You’ll be prospecting potential sellers. Get us in the door and get paid! Simple. We do the rest. Long-term goal to become an agent? This is the perfect role to kick start your career in real estate sales.
What we’re looking for
- Can talk the talk – we’re not looking for the next Jordan Belfort, but you need to be able to build rapport quickly, qualify leads and sell us in.
- Have your own wheels and can legally be on the road.
- Like commission (and lots of it) for a job well done.
- Have experience – prospecting experience in a sales focused role will get you to the top of the applicant pile (real estate experience is not necessary).
- Love the phone – you get panicky if you’re not on the phone, near a phone or within sight of a phone.
- Tenacious with a thick skin – a bit of rejection here and there doesn’t bother you.
- Someone who’s happy with a 5 day per week Tuesday to Saturday gig, enjoys a comfy base and uncapped commissions. Shine and expect to see $120k+ on your next tax return.
